Service agreement & store terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this site and our store. They include general rules for the service (accounts, orders, and conduct) and store-specific terms for shipping, holds, store credit, and refunds. Plain-language summary; not legal advice. Agreement & orders

By using this site you agree to create an accurate account, comply with applicable law, and pay for orders you place. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud, inventory, or operational issues. Product listings, availability, and pricing are subject to change until checkout is completed and payment succeeds as described in our checkout flow.

Shipping

Domestic shipping is quoted via USPS (Media Mail, Ground Advantage, Priority) using live carrier rates where available. Local pickup may be offered without postage. A packaging charge may apply on mailed orders in addition to the carrier rate. If a quote cannot be obtained at checkout, you may need to try again later or adjust your address / method.

Holds & preorders

Some purchases can be fulfilled as a hold: you pay for items up front; tax may be calculated later when items ship or when you request shipment from My Holds. Preorder lines stay unavailable until stock is received; in-stock holds can be shipped when you start a ship-holds flow. Ship-holds charges postage (and tax as applicable) at that time, using the same live shipping rules as regular checkout.

Store credit

Store credit may be issued (for example when staff process a refund to credit). Your balance is tracked on your account and can be applied during checkout toward eligible orders. Using credit creates ledger entries tied to those orders.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued to store credit or, in some cases, to the original payment method, according to our fulfillment and admin processes. When tax or shipping was charged on a separate ship-holds order, refund allocation may follow the rules described in our internal order workflow (e.g. price vs tax lines).
